2 . I’m a private individual / I don’t have a motorcycle related business. Can I still purchase products directly from you?

In order to get our products you will need to order through a certified dealer or distributor. They will be able to offer you a fair price and the best possible service.

You can use our locator tool to find a dealer closest to you! 

3 . I can’t find the part number I need online?

Some spare parts are not visible in our webshop. To get information on availability and price, contact us directly and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

4 . When will I receive my order?

Once we’ve received the payment of your goods, we aim to deliver your parcel in 2-5 working days.

5 . Will your factory fork/shock be suitable for my weight?

Our factory suspension is personalized to your weight, ability, and the type of tracks you ride.
Our technicians have MX GP experience and are sure to provide you with the best possible setting!

6 . I want to order a factory suspension through one of your dealers. Will the suspension still be personalized to my needs?

Yes, our dealers will take care of sales and transport, but your suspension will still be set up by our technicians!

7 . I’d like to purchase a KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas factory fork. Which triple clamps will match my fork?

You will need X-TRIG triple clamps and handlebar mounts to fit our suspension in your bike.

8 . Do you offer free shipping?

Technical Touch doesn’t offer free shipping. Please check our shipping rates here: Shipping

9 . How can I pay for my order?

When purchasing through our webshop, these are the available payment methods:

10 . I still have a credit note from my last order. How can I redeem this amount?

Please process your order through our Sales Team and contact us directly to place your order. In that way we can recalculate the amount owed.

Redeeming your credit note is not possible in our webshop!
